Tube laser cutting is a CNC laser cutting process suitable for cutting round, square, and rectangular cross-section fibers. It combines multiple work processes into a single precise technology: cutting, drilling, milling, thread preparation, and weld edge breaking are all performed in a single step. The process also enables cutting and shaping solutions that are not feasible with conventional machining, or only at a significant additional cost.

Tube laser cutting is particularly suitable for the production of complex, unique geometric shapes. Cuts are always extremely precise with excellent edge quality, significantly reducing the need for post-processing. Faster production times and precise fits make the entire work process more efficient, resulting in measurable cost reductions.

It is an ideal solution for series production and custom parts where precision, repeatability, and high quality are fundamental requirements.
