Electrostatic powder coating
Powder coating or sintering is one of the most widespread surface treatment processes in the metal and engineering industries. In this procedure a coloured plastic powder-based paint is applied to the workpiece, which is then melted onto the surface in an oven at 160–200 Celsius degrees. The resulting cross-linked surface created in the oven is extremely durable, flexible, and heat-resistant, which provides precise and rapid surface protection for metallic materials.
