Powder coating is a surface treatment process based on electrostatic principles. In this method, fine, dry powder is electrostatically charged by using a spray gun, then it is applied to a grounded metal surface. The powder coating is subsequently melted onto the material in a specially designed oven at a temperature of 160–200 °C, where it forms a solid, durable, and uniform coating through cross-linking.
We typically use polyester or epoxy–polyester-based powders for this process. Polyester powders offer excellent UV resistance, making them ideal for outdoor applications, while epoxy–polyester blends provide superior mechanical strength and chemical resistance, making them particularly suitable for indoor environments.
Main advantages of Powder Coating:
Professional Powder Coating
Durable and aesthetic surface treatment
Our company offers state-of-the-art powder coating facilities, where quality and efficiency go hand in hand. Our BT-40 E-JET oven enables precise and uniform heat treatment, while our Sames spray guns ensure accurate and cost-effective powder application.
Coating thickness ranges from 60 to 150 microns, tailored to specific requirements, guaranteeing a long-lasting, scratch- and corrosion-resistant surface. We can powder coat up to 500 m² per shift, allowing us to handle large-volume orders with short lead times.
Oven dimensions:
Length: 4200 mm
Width: 1400 mm
Height: 2400 mm
Maximum load: 100 kg/m – capable of handling heavy steel structures and sheets with ease.
